1. Services Offered

Resoled provides software designed to assist online resellers by monitoring platforms like Vinted and eBay. Users can set up alerts for specific keywords, and our software will notify them when items matching those keywords are listed. Our Services also include order tracking, label generation, and an autobuy feature.

2. Subscription Tiers

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Sneaker Tier: £25/month
• Streetwear Tier: £25/month
• All Access Software Tier: £30/month

Tier Features:

• Sneaker & Streetwear Tiers: Provide access to our Discord server, where users can utilize premade Discord channels for monitoring specific items.
• All Access Software Tier: Grants access to the full downloadable software, which can monitor any European Vinted region and includes additional features such as order tracking, label generation, and autobuy.

Regional Restrictions:

Users from the EU or outside the UK must purchase the All Access Software Tier to monitor their local Vinted regions, as the Sneaker and Streetwear Tiers only cover Vinted UK.

3. Minimum Requirements

For optimal performance of our All Access Software, users must meet the following hardware and internet speed requirements:

• Internet Speed: Minimum of 20 Mbps.
• Windows Users: 8GB DDR4 RAM, Intel Core i5-7300U 3.5 GHz, AMD Ryzen 3 3300U, or equivalent/later.
• Mac Users: Apple Silicon Chip.

We do not issue refunds for users whose systems do not meet these minimum requirements.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• After joining the Discord server and receiving your role.
• After purchasing any of the software tiers, regardless of hardware compatibility.

5. Use of Vinted Login Token

To utilize the order tracking, label generation, and autobuy features, users must provide their Vinted login token, obtained through our "Resoled Token Chrome Extension Tool".

Important Notes:

• We do not store, collect, or access any information related to your Vinted login token.
• By using our Services, you acknowledge the inherent risks, including the potential banning of your Vinted account, device, IP address, address, name, or bank account. We do not assume responsibility for any bans or penalties incurred as a result of using our software.

6. Disclaimer

Resoled provides tools to assist resellers but does not guarantee profit or successful transactions. The use of our software is at your own risk, and you agree to hold us harmless from any potential losses, damages, or bans resulting from its use.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
